  • 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, very thinly sliced

Directions:

  1. A weight loss begins with drinking 8 glasses of water and the pitcher provides an easy way to keep track of your water intake.
  2. Put everything in the same pitcher and stir
